We will not be able to reimburse the value of any goods which have perished or have been damaged as a result of your failure to notify us of defects within 24 hours of delivery. Perishable products such as cheese truckles must be kept refrigerated.
If a product arrives in a damaged or faulty condition please email us photos of the defect to support@gbcheese.co.uk within 24 hours of arrival. We will happily replace any that arrive with a fault. We are not liable for the correct storage of goods following 24 hours after your reciept of your goods, so please check all goods on arrival.
All contact forms will be replied to within 1-5 working days.
