Where do you deliver your cheese?
We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes, excluding the following: PA, IV, AB, KW, and BT.
What days do you deliver? Will I get my order next day?
We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays for next-day delivery.
During the Christmas period, dispatch is extended to Monday through Thursday to meet demand.
Is there a minimum order or delivery charge?
There’s no minimum order.
Delivery costs a flat rate of £6.00, and orders over £50 receive free delivery.

Can I schedule a delivery for a later date?
Unfortunately, we can’t hold or delay shipments due to limited cold storage. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched immediately.
Are your cheeses suitable for vegetarians?
Yes! All of our cheeses are made using vegetable rennet, making them 100% vegetarian-friendly.
How long does your cheese last?
Stored in the fridge, our cheeses typically last up to 3 months.
Always refer to the Best Before date on the packaging for specific guidance.
Can I freeze your cheese?
Yes. Our cheese can be frozen for up to 12 months — think dairy, think ice cream!
To defrost, leave it in the fridge for 48 hours before use.
What is your refund policy?
If your cheese arrives damaged or spoiled, please email support@gbcheese.co.uk with photos within 12 hours of delivery.
We’ll happily arrange a refund or replacement for any faulty products.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns of any perishable items under any circumstances.
- We cannot offer refunds for goods that have been stored incorrectly after delivery.
Is your website secure?
Absolutely. We use PayPal and Stripe to process all payments.
Your card details are never stored on our website.
