When you create an account with us, you’re responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. This helps prevent unauthorized access. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know right away.

  • You inform us of any changes to your details, including email or postal address.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, you won’t be charged.

We strive to accurately display our products, but sometimes specifications and packaging might change. This won’t affect the quality of the contents.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of The Great British Cheese Company. You can use this content for personal shopping or placing an order, but not for any other purpose without our permission.

6. Substitution Policy

If a product is unavailable, we might substitute it with one of equal or greater value. We’ll try to notify you beforehand, but if that’s not possible, we’ll include a note with your order.

7. Cancellations

To cancel an order, email our customer service team within 12 hours of placing your order. If the cancellation is received before dispatch, we’ll refund you in full. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to refuse the order upon delivery, if the order is accepted, we cannot refund you. We allow all parcels to be left out of site on your premises, this is to ensure that orders are fulfilled and not sat in the courier’s warehouse.

8. Delivery

We deliver across Great Britain using an overnight carrier (APC Overnight), but we can’t guarantee next-day delivery. We unfortunately do not deliver to some postcodes due to higher delivery fees and how long carriage of goods takes.

9. Changes to the Website and Terms and Conditions

We may update our website, terms, and policies from time to time. You’ll be subject to the terms in effect when you place your order.
