Delivery Information

Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched on the next Tuesday or Thursday for next day delivery. For example, if you place an order on Friday, it will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Delivery Area

We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. But exclusions apply to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.

If no shipping options are available when entering your postcode at checkout then unfortunately we do not deliver to your area.

Delivery Charge

A flat rate of £6.00 applies to all orders. Free delivery on orders over £50. For stockist inquiries, please contact: support@gbcheese.co.uk.

Damaged Order

Notify us of any defects or damage within 12 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product. We will aim to refund any damaged or faulty products.

Order Scheduling and Delayed Dispatch

Due to limited cold storage space, we’re unable to hold or schedule orders for later delivery. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out right away.

Received the Wrong Product

Due to high delivery costs, we cannot offer replacements, but we will happily refund any incorrect products.

Note

Deliveries may experience slight delays during peak times or adverse weather. We cannot hold orders due to the perishable nature of our goods.
