Delivery Information
Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched on the next Tuesday or Thursday for next-day delivery. For example, if you place an order on Friday, it will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Delivery area
We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes, but exclusions apply to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.
If no shipping options are available when entering your postcode at checkout, unfortunately we do not currently deliver to your area.
Delivery charge
A flat delivery rate of £6.00 applies to all orders.
Orders over £50 receive free delivery.

Dispatch days
- Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Orders are sent on a next-day delivery service once dispatched.
- Orders placed after dispatch will move to the next dispatch day.
Order scheduling
Due to limited cold storage space, we are unable to hold or schedule orders for later delivery.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out straight away.
If something goes wrong
Damaged order
Please notify us of any defects or damage within 12 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product.
We will aim to refund any damaged or faulty products.
Received the wrong product
Due to high delivery costs, we cannot offer replacements, but we will happily refund any incorrect products.
Safe place for deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, your order will be left in a safe place at the delivery address.
By placing an order, you agree to this arrangement and accept responsibility for the order once it has been delivered.
You can change your delivery preferences, including your safe place, via the email you receive from our courier, APC.
Peak-time delays
Deliveries may experience slight delays during peak times or adverse weather.
We cannot hold orders due to the perishable nature of our goods.
Track your order
Please check your email for your consignment number and tracking details. Your courier email will include the link you need to track your parcel.
