Please note: due to hot weather there are short delays to order deliveries
We will not be able to reimburse the value of any goods which have perished or have been damaged as a result of your failure to notify us of defects within 24 hours of delivery. Perishable products such a cheese truckles must be kept in a cool place and preferably refrigerated.
If a product arrives in a damged or faulty condition please email us photos of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of arrival. We will happily replace any that arrive with a fault. We are not liable for the correct storage of goods following 24 hours after your receive your goods, so please check all goods on arrival.
