Complaints Policy

We try our best to provide the highest quality products and service, however, in the event of a complaint here's our policy:

We will not be able to reimburse the value of any goods which have perished or have been damaged as a result of your failure to notify us of defects within 24 hours of delivery. Perishable products such a cheese truckles must be kept in a cool place and preferably refrigerated.

If a product arrives in a damged or faulty condition please email us photos of the defect to within 24 hours of arrival. We will happily replace any that arrive with a fault. We are not liable for the correct storage of goods following 24 hours after your receive your goods, so please check all goods on arrival.
