Where do we deliver our cheese?
We deliver to any UK mainland postcode excluding the following postcodes: PA, IV, AB, KW, BT.
What are your delivery days and will I get my order next day?
We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays for next day delivery. Except in running up to Christmas when we send out Monday to Thursday.
Is there a minimum order and a delivery charge?
No, however there is a flat rate of £6.00 for delivery on all orders. Orders over £50 have free delivery. Stockist please contact: support@gbcheese.co.uk
Are your cheese suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, all of our cheese is produced with vegetable rennet making it subtitle for vegetarians.
How long can I keep your cheese for?
Most cheese will last up to 3 months if kept in the fridge. This is not an indication on our products’ Best Before dates.
Can I freeze your cheese?
Yes, think dairy, think ice cream so you can freeze our cheese and it will keep for up to 12 months.
Make sure to defrost in the fridge over a 48 hour period.
What is your refund policy?
Contact us on: support@gbcheese.co.uk and a dedicated member of our team will assist you. We are happy to replace products that may have spoilt before arrival. You must notify us of any defects within 12 hours of receipt of goods.
Is your website secure?
Yes we use PayPal and Stripe to process all of our payments. Your card details are only entered into the secure PayPal website / a secure Stripe iframe and we do not store any payment details on our own web site.
Where is your cheese made?
Our stunning cheese is all made with milk, love and a few secrets in Crewe by our Award Winning Master Cheese Maker and his family who have been producing cheese for over 100 years.

Reply time differs throughout the year, it’s mainly a 3 – 7 working day reply time
