Just like the HMS Victory under Admiral Nelsons control in the battle of Trafalgar, this Cheese is our Flagship and champion leading all our cheeses forwards. As well as being a Gold Award winner this cheese is where we take our inspiration for the base flavour and is always a great addition to anything!
